Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Skincare products
- Soaps and cleansers
- Deodorants and sweat care products
- Eye masks and under-eye treatments
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Start a Return

- Ship the approved item to the return address provided by our team
